The highest quality ingredients, your teeth and gums have never been consistently cleaner!
Some toothpaste ingredients actually make bacteria more resistant, leading to antibiotic resistance. Klean inhibits bacteria & virus proliferation - from cavities to coronavirus. All while boosting your immune system.
Happy gums create conditions for a happy gut. A happy gut leads to a healthy mind.
25% of every jar of klean sold will go towards environmental initiatives around the globe. Check back here for future details.
KLEAN USE
It's recommend first that you always floss before swishing. After flossing simply scoop out a tiny dab or healthy dollop (with either your finger or a utensil) and swish klean between your teeth. Swish for 30 seconds for a mouth wash affect or up to 20 minutes for Ayurvedic benefits. Brush your teeth completely when finished then rinse. Adding water while oil pulling greatly helps facilitate the overall process. At night brush with klean for 30-60 seconds or swish through your teeth for up to 5 minutes.
When finished spit used klean out in the sink, toilet or in nature.
When used correctly each jar lasts over twice as long as other brands of toothpastes and mouthwashes combined, while also being completely recyclable. Simply put, klean is an essential passive component to improving your overall health, peace of mind, and quality of life.
Klean is a mouthwash and toothpaste replacement all-in-one. An oral hygiene paste! Whether you choose to brush or swish klean through your teeth, you'll notice the difference right away.
THE KLEAN STORY
Klean is the result of 5 years worth of scientific research, discovery, development and experimentation. I am a solopreneur that began oil pulling coconut oil back in 2018 after hearing about the Ayurvedic healing properties; anecdotally, 6 months later one of my tooth fillings fell out and it tasted like burnt plastic smells. I realized that there was something powerful to oil pulling, as not only could it clean my teeth and gums, but it could also remove foreign objects like the resins and binders used in orthodontics. These compounds can be toxic by persistently off gassing chemicals that are absorbed by your gums (think of the "new car smell" that is actually plastics off gassing) potentially causing numerous untold health complications overtime.
With this epiphany I thought if one oil could be so powerful simply by swishing it through your teeth, how much better could it be by adding other ingredients that had tooth and gum healing properties.
For 5 years now (as of writing this in 2023) I've been trialing different ingredients for klean and as a result my teeth & gums have never been healthier. The science is widely studied here yet oil pulling is largely uncharted territory in modern medicine; so, a new question has arrived from all this recent discovering: "Can beneficial compounds swished through your teeth potentially prevent & even heal other maladies beyond oral hygiene? Does anyone really need a cavity filled if swishing klean?"

Organic Ingredients:
Anecdotally oil pulling with only coconut oil might remove poorly set fillings, crowns & other dental work
Activated charcoal might partially adsorb medications & reduce birth control efficacy, if you take any medications or birth control consult a medical professional before using
Xylitol is harmful to dogs
Further research is required to understand any potential health impacts on children, the current variation of klean is not recommended for children under the age of 7
In rare instances neem, eucalyptus & star anise can cause allergic skin reactions. These same ingredients can also help inhibit various skin allergies. It's recommended to test a dab on skin first before using
Neem, star anise, clary sage & eucalyptus products aren't recommended when pregnant or breast feeding.
Purslane contains high levels of oxalates, if you're prone to getting kidney stones or urinary stones you might want to avoid purslane.
Oil pulling halts ketosis, this is due to oral ingestion not sublingual absorption. To avoid this, oil pull directly after breakfast and supper or anytime between.
Activated charcoal and cardamom are natural diuretics, if you experience any diuretic affects limit oil pulling to once a day, you can also brush with klean at night to avoid these diuretic affects. Always stay hydrated & exercise regularly regardless!
Star anise is a natural sedative and blood thinner so if you are prescribed sedatives or blood thinners please discuss klean with your doctor, nutritionist or medical professional.
